Daniella aka D.Ms.Defy hip hop dancer, mc and choreographer has been establishing hip hop crews since 1998. Current crews are the Bay B Boys and Buffalo B Girls. Daniella has been travelling as far as Cairns and Darwin to coordinate hip hop shows including beat boxing, mcing, theatre and break dancing. She is one of the only female instructors at the male dance camp, Stamping Ground

Learning on the streets of Paris and dancing at Covent Garden Square when break dance first emerged, has left Daniella the desire to impart old school body popping origins. Daniella has been trained in Community Cultural Development by Morganics, out of which USRB was formed, and has worked in numerous out reach communities with breaker Jason Campbell. Major projects with youth include coordinating the Hip Hop Dance Off (Lismore Herb Fest) for six years which includes between 40 and 60 dancers, and judging Northern Territory's first break dance competition. Desiring to promote and encourage young dancers to express themselves through dance theatre and song is one of Daniella's loves. Daniella has been working in schools from Byron Bay to Bonalbo, and as far away as Darwin and Cairns.

As D.Ms.Defy, Daniella works with Ms.eXotic sharing their rhymes and flows, performing at local Byron Bay venues.
